Boots Opticians - Bristol Road South

I wouldn't recommend anyone living in Northfield to go to this Optician. I called in today for an eye test. A pleasant young man came to me and took notes. I mentioned that I visited them several years ago, and bought some distance glasses. I told him they were useless, and I could see much better without them. He asked why I didn't take them back. I told him I went elsewhere instead. An assistant at the front of the shop said, "Why have you come back here? If that's your attitude, you'd better leave now." So I did. She didn't like me saying they did a poor job. Customer skills are sadly lacking in this shop.

I get all mine and my kids vitamins from here. They're good.
