"Happy with the triage system"
It's fine, much better. I fill in the online form. I'm happy with the triage system.

I can get appointments and the GP is good.
No problems with them as I can get appointments. Sometimes you have to wait a day or two. The triage nurse contacts you. They sent me for a bone scan.
The practice is unprofessional and when you complain they respond defensively, never apologise and make out like you are the problem.
Always a performance. I will have a blood test then the next month they will call and say I need to have it doing again. They aren't in sync with the other organisation.
It's difficult for me to get appointments, I don't have internet access to book online. I always ring the receptionist and they will triage me first before giving me an appointment which can take a week or two.
The services are good, easy to get appointments and you can walk in to book an appointment. Communication is good. They are very polite and helpful.
Very happy and satisfied with the service delivery.
They said they would send on notes to the new surgery which they did. I had to change as we moved area and were no longer in their area. They lost my children's notes though and I don't know what has happened to them which is worrying.
Receptionists are helpful but to book an appointment is quite hard. I don't like telling the receptionists what I need an appointment for.
Very good GP if you are able to see him. It's very difficult to get appointments and see your own GP.
I have been using this place for 8 years. There is always a different doctor. Which means I have to explain everything from the beginning. Recently I was waiting for my daughters appointment in the same place. I went there and filled everything in. I gave my preferred time slot but they didn't even call me back. I am not happy about that. The receptionists are okay. The waiting is long too as every time I have to wait at least 30 minutes. I have never had an appointment cancelled though which is good.
I've been using the surgery for 8 years. Every time I go there are different doctors. I then have to repeat my medical history every single time. I get different medicines each time because of these doctors always changing. The receptionists are no good. They aren't polite. They state its an online appointment system, which I am okay with but some of my friends are struggling. Sometimes they even cancel my appointments
I have been using them for 10 years. I used to call them and book appointments. Now I have to do it all online. I'm not happy about that. It takes too much time when you could just call and explain instead. When I fill in the online form they call me back and give me an appointment for either the same day or the next day. I am not happy about the attitude of the receptionists. They don't give you enough information or proper answers. The doctors are okay. They listen to my problems.
I had a scan on my back some time ago and I have not heard anything back and its been a while. It is hit and miss, as I rang to get stitches out with the nurse, but they couldn't do it as they weren't qualified. They got in touch with The Priory and they've sorted it for me. The old doctors used to be better.
Online form to be filled in by patients with various unnecessary questions just so they can book an appointment. They then allocate an appointment to a locum doctor or if the issue can wait they call back in 2 days. Receptionists will tell people over the phone to fill out the form.
First time I've been there in 2 years. They checked my blood pressure, lungs and temperature, they did a full health check. That was okay. I ring them and they ask if I want to chat on the phone or see them face to face. I do always see someone different when I go there. They've also referred me for physiotherapy.
I lost loads of weight and the doctors were not taking notice. But they are now and they've recently called me to check my lungs because of previous medical conditions and have invited me for various tests. I went yesterday to see the nurse and she was all apologetic about my gallstones. The doctors should be held accountable but they have so little value in our lives.
They're alright, I can go there. I do have problems as they're changing the doctors all the time and always have locum doctors in. It's taken them nearly 3 years to find out why I've had stomach problems and they've said it's gallstones. They've given me tablets and I won't take them until they've done tests.
I get an appointment all the times. Since Covid every time there is a new GP.
I have a heart condition and surgery knows about it. They are always available and provide full support.
I am pleased and happy from the support provided.
I spoke with the doctor concerning issues related to mental health and felt unbelieved, i was constantly interrupted and dismissed with my struggles. It seemed as though they were reluctant to help with anything but physical health and constantly changed to subject to other aspects of my health I didn't want to discuss. This really knocked my confidence, and I worry for other people seeking advice and support in a more vulnerable position. I would not recommenced this practice to anyone, especially people tackling any form of mental health. Organisation such as Forward Thinking Birmingham and Healthy Minds, have really helped me so please if you are feeling unsupported they are always there.
Good
Bad responded to the problem
GP is great but his schedule is fully booked, you need 2 months at least to see him.
Booking appointment is easy. Calls are answered on time and blood test results come back quickly.
Doctors are very caring and understanding we are lucky to have such an amazing surgery ????????
