My dental appointment took too long.
They looked after me

They looked after me and I had to be sedated for the removal of teeth as I was really nervous. They let me have my boyfriend with me and they looked after me fine, that's all that matters.
No longer a walk in

I came in thinking I could get a walk in appointment not knowing they no longer offered the service. I was told to call 111 with any issues and they would get me in. Bit frustrating it's no longer a walk in.

Very good and very patient. I wasn't made to feel in the way when I was late getting there. They send text reminders which is helpful. They are gentle and the staff see how you are which goes a long way. They educate you to do as much as you can to maintain your dental care.

We came firstly for x-ray and pre-op. They said they would only be removing two now thankfully instead of the 5 they said originally. They said it would only take 30 minutes. Going through pre-op was loud and you couldn't hear properly so there needs a quieter room when coming for the op. Everything has been cool and the parking cost isn't too bad if your there as a patient.

I came this morning and saw the dentist after an hour of waiting for results. The service has been quick and the communication is very good.

It was easy to check in and easy to find. They have been brilliant. I was in agony. They offered an x-ray and will see what's next after the results. All good so far.

Great, it's been amazing. It's quick here I must admit. The coffee is cheap as well. Bacon bap and a coffee for 3 quid, brilliant. Service has been very quick and thorough.

I had an x-ray at 10am and told them what the issue was. Everything has been good so far and I only waited half an hour.
