Provided excellent emergency dental care.
An excellent dentist who has helped me over come the fear of getting dental treatment.
They are very good. They do a checkup every 6 months for myself, children and husband.
Novo's dental practice (Birchfield) is fully booked until January but they have taken us all on as a family for new patients. Not used them yet so score is for putting us on the list and getting something in place.
Daughter uses this dentist. They are not nice as they wouldn't see 4 year old son so ended up registering with another on. They have put daughter on the waiting list for braces. Care is good when there's appointments available.

They called me and said I'm sorry you missed an appointment in February and u have to find another dentists. I have been with them for 22 years. Disgusting behaviour towards patients

Receptionists are not the friendliest but the dentist is great. Calm and very friendly, makes the dental experience quite enjoyable.
I have attended this dentist for 2 yrs now, they are a efficient production line dentist. Has a TV and clean waiting area. Dentist very arrogant, just dropped me with no explanation! Luckily another dentist at the same practice took me on!
I have tried to get an emergency appointment constantly. Was told to repeatedly call back. After 2 weeks there is an appointment available only to be told it has to be confirmed by the dentist. Apparently you can only get an emergency appointment with your own dentist. My dentist was on holiday for 1 week and fully booked the following week. At no point was I told this during the two weeks i repeatedly called. I was promised call backs to no avail. Again I called to ask whether the dentist could see me because the girl I spoke to did not call me back. Surprise the number was out of service and I couldn't get through.
I have never left a negative review in my entire life. Yet I feel so strongly about the poor care received by this dentist that I feel like printing pamphlets warning against them. Rallying groups on social media to condemn them. Organising protests outside to just all in all make life a bit difficult for them.
Finally I really do hope one day every single person at that dentist who has provided appalling service has a similar fate when they are in pain and require urgent care.
Cannot believe how inconsiderate fellow humans can be when they have the ability to help and have a duty of care.
