"Excellent dental care"
I have been using the same dentist here for the past 38 years. She is superb and I would not use anyone else.

Whenever you call the phone is never answered as the staff are to busy vaping or looking up holidays online instead of doing their jobs.
They helped me so much. I had a stroke a while ago and my speech is awful they were all so kind to me. Receptionist and all staff are wonderful
The person behind the desk think it is called Cam is vile so rude and doesn't know what it is doing. Where has the other lady gone who has been there years?
The lady that answered the phone was very patronising when I tried to explain my problem. Her reply was the dentist you see is not here!! Where has he gone as he was the best and so was the other lady that was on reception.
In severe pain I requested to pull tooth but was ignored. 4 times he scraped at the tooth each time I screamed and said stop he found it funny. He finally listened gave me antibiotics and rebooked on 2nd visit he was to busy flirting with the dental assistant very inappropriately to explain what procedure he was going to do. If he treats all his patients and young female assistants that way then he needs to be thoroughly investigated
The rude receptionist broke my privacy rights in a public arena and embarrassed me by making comments about my family.
The same woman who went round telling people in the area that I had died a few years ago and I had people coming to my parents door to offer condolences how dare she speak like that to me sat there judging people she doesn't know. I'm very much considering legal action against her causing me such distress and anxiety making me feel awkward and weird when all I did was come to have my teeth repaired the staff and dentist was very kind to me.
This complaint is about the receptionist and I'm sure she's had many complaints and what's even worse is she lives locally I was even afraid to put down my medical issues I suffer because she's got a very big mouth and I didn't trust I could do that as she likes to talk about people's personal and private business outside a work environment and that right there is a massive breach of my privacy rights and anyone else's
Nice receptionist and helpful. Dentist gives sound and effective service polite as is his staff. Happy customer!
dentist was really nice and i was pleased with the work he done im usually scared of dentist but he made me feel at ease.
He does not talk you through the procedures, he does not even look at you when talking to him. He makes in appropriate comments regularly. He is very rough, I had to ask him to use smaller films when taking xray. After he cut my mouth several times. He refused to clean and polish my teeth after 8 months of waiting for my appointment because he took too long taking xrays that went wrong. The receptionist was no help, I had to chase the surgery for 2 weeks after for her to tell me the other dentist won't see me because she is too busy with patients that do not live in the area
Wasnt talked through any procedures. Was left in pain for nearly 2 weeks. No basic care skills
First and last visit made to this practice in Frankley in February 2019.The male dentist in question was very rude (for my daughter to say the same when we left says something),there was no introduction.he just jumped straight in with cleaning which was very rough and uncomfortable.At one point I jumped as he hurt but he never stopped or apologised.my main reason for concern was he did a resin treatment on my daughter without my consent.It was only when I got home and read my receipts.the following day I called the practice and took in a letter of complaint.A week later I received a reply back denying everything.says how I was advised on everything done.if I was advised I wouldn't have complained (His and his nurses word against mine) Iam disgusted.When I called to complain I was advised nothing like this has happened before.Well there is first time for everything.

I like my dentist , he does a great job , no fuss which I like , staff are not overly friendly , but gets job done , all in all no frills and in and out , waiting time great
