"Poor service and care"
I was not happy with the service treatment and/or care that I received at Bhadals Tile Cross. I went with a lot of problems and was desperate to have dentures fitted so that I could eat again without being in pain. Extractions dragged on for months and months before they sent me to another one of their surgeries. I paid band 2 and band 3 prices already and the dentist assured me that there would not be additional charges to go to another one of their surgeries. This was not true. The way I was treated was awful.

Pretty good but referred on for assessment.
"Unable to provide required service"
They told me that they are unable fit crowns because they cannot offer sedation, so they told me that they would refer me to the dental hospital. I have been waiting for over a year. I chased the referral up with them and they told me that if I couldn't wait any longer I needed to find another dental surgery and pay privately. I cannot afford to pay for private dental treatment.
"Good dental care"
Bhandal dentists in Tile Cross are pretty good. I can get routine appointments as an NHS patient with no problems and the dentists are good. I've not had any issues.
"Still waiting"
Contacted the dentist as son has several disabilities and had a loose tooth. They said they couldn't do anything for him and said that he would need to be seen by a specialist service. They referred onto Richmond but were still waiting.

Two years no phone call re check ups etc used to be contacted every six to twelve months
