"Residence board no stimulation"
My family member is in Berwood during Covid there has been no interaction with residents or there families. No contact now allowed this is very understandable. But No phone calls no face time calls no emails nothing the residence are left in day room with no families interaction. Surly a weekly face time call to loved ones would help residence with there wellbeing
