"Very helpful"
Each time I am there they have been very helpful with information and directing me to the right place if I needed more information.

I have only used them once and everything went okay. I was able to get through and make an appointment to see a doctor or nurse which is really good.
They got a referral for blood tests really quickly. You have to make appointments with them online. You have to sign up and then they send a message and they tell you when the next available appointment is. They said they don't have one until next month.
The receptionists are rude and cannot be bothered. The doctors are neglectful cannot be bothered to check your medical history before prescribing medication, awful.
There are no issues with getting my young child appointments but I am becoming very frustrated with their lack of treatment and/or investigation. I have taken my 15 month old on a number of occasions about a persistent problem and I am just told its nothing. I think that with how long it has been going on that they should issue treatment or consider referring us. I am not happy with the service and care my child has received.
i have no issues with getting appointments but I feel that the doctors are reluctant to treat. I do not feel like they listen and despite a number of visits about the same problem nothing has been done. I am disappointed and frustrated.
The online system is recent and I'm using it but it's new for me. It takes a long time to get an appointment. There is always a different GP when I go.
It is hard to book appointments as it takes long, but you can get one. Once I have an appointment they do listen to me. You have to book appointments over the phone, but you have to wait in the line for ages.
Very easy to get appointments and staff are very helpful.
It can be difficult to get appointments. You can't always explain things in the allotted time you have too. You never get straight through. You can book online but I find it difficult.
I had written confirmation of an appointment, with the location clearly stated as being at the surgery. When I arrived I was told (after queuing to check in because the self check in was out of order) that it was a telephone appointment and that I should not have come to the surgery. No explanation or apology offered for what was a waste of my morning.
Not the first time something similar has happened in recent weeks. Extremely poor administration and patient service
The GP does his job very well, he is great. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Even though they are very busy, they always make time for me. I have never had to wait too long or haven't got in.
Terrible years ago.
My appointment was changed without me being notified. Medication not released and having to wait an unacceptable time to see a GP.
I was with this GP for 2 years whilst at university. I fell ill with pneumonia and ended up hospitalised due to the negligence of the GPs. I had multiple appointments where my symptoms were dismissed as a bad cold or viral infection and I was frequently denied antibiotics. I couldn’t walk, eat or breathe properly. I ended up with double pneumonia in hospital and the staff were shocked I had gone so long without help. The GPs were unsympathetic and continuously dismissed me. It was a horrible experience across many appointments.
I arrived for my appointment, only to be told it was cancelled and they hadn’t bothered to tell me.
I have found this to be typical in the way patients are treated here.
feeling very frustrated cannot book appointment for my customer who cannot speak English, say to book online which the customer don't have any email.
Called today asking whether Doctor have signed the prescription for my customer as Pharmacy haven't hear anything, calling for more than 1 hour40 mins. I have hospital appointment for myself and this going to ruin my appointment . Why we contact medical centre for help but i don't think the medical centre provide to my customer from Connaught Gardens. A lot of customer came to office and complaint the medical centre for booking is it cost most problems as their cannot understand english and don't use any digital.
I'm quite happy with them so far. Anytime I have an issue I can get an appointment. I don't come here often and I book online which is good for me. I'm satisfied with the GPs, they listen and I don't care if I see different ones. They are referring me.
I find getting an appointment difficult. This is my second time here. The staff are good and receptionists. GP is also good. I don't have any problems with the staff just an issue getting in.
It is hard to get an appointment, you call first thing and online is also challenging to answer the questions they ask appropriately. The staff are helpful and doctors too.
I'm satisfied with them so far, it isn't too far from my house. So it's easy to access. Not as easy to get an appointment though. Before you could call, but now it is online and not everyone can do it online or has internet. The staff are good, good communication, I'm quite satisfied.
It's not bad, it's okay. Staff are quite nice, they attend to you and respond to your queries, It's easy to get an appointment. The GPs are okay and provide good communication and feedback.
You can make same day appointments and see the GP. I am satisfied with them.
They misdiagnosed my cancer and ligament issue. I was sent for imaging rather than being sent to a specialist and referred properly and early. I lost so much time.
Parts of the service are improving but appointments are still very challenging.
I am happy with the care provided by the staff and GPs. The only issue I have is chasing test results.
The GPs are excellent but getting an appointment is very challenging. We have to wait for at least 3 days to see our GP.
Excellent GPs and nurses. They referred me straight away.
I am very satisfied with the level of care provided by the GPs.
My GP is good.
You call at 8AM and they say there aren't any appointments left. They then book you in for two to three weeks later.
So far I have no complaints with the doctors or the surgery.
Very difficult to get an appointment and the GPs do not listen to you. They just rush through everything.
The lack of appointments is the biggest challenge. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
The GP surgery is good. The time is short for appointments, especially my children. It takes longer for adults though.
It is terrible to get appointments. It takes ages.
It's not very accessible. Very difficult to get an appointment. I have to phone at 8am to get one. When you get one, eventually, they are good and friendly. They signpost you to appropriate services.
They have provided excellent care and support for complex needs children. The GPs are very helpful. The reception team is always helpful. I can easily get appointments.
Reception staff lack in basic training about how to deal with patients. Very difficult to get an appointment. The GP's are wonderful and try to help as much as they can.
They are nice. Really nice and booking me in for appointments wasn't that difficult. I've seen my friends struggle to book appointments but I don't struggle. They're very good.
I have registered with them and asked for an Autism/ADHD assessment but I've been told there is a long waiting list. I find it hard to explain and talk about my symptoms with professionals as I feel there is not an understanding. I can see them for appointments and the doctors are good.
GP's are supposed to do the physical examination face to face not during a phone call. Now a days most of the appointments are phone appointments. I want to see my GP face to face not on the phone.
Very difficult to get an appointment on the phone. The phone lines are always busy and the reception staff are not helpful at all.
The surgery staff are very helpful/. The GP listens to you and tries to provide full support at all times. They referred me to QE for further treatment very quickly.
They are very bad at responding to phone calls. I call them 20 times and they will not pick up.
I have been with them for the last 20 years. Service has its ups and downs over the years but recently after covid they have improved a lot. It's difficult to get an appointment but the GP's are very good.
Very good surgery. I can get appointments straight away for both of my children.
Getting an appointment is very difficult especially calling at 8:00am. I have a health condition and getting up at 8:00am to call for an appointment is very challenging and difficult.
Very good GP but at times it is very frustrating that you can't get an appointment for days.
For adults you have to wait at least 2 days to get an appointment.
For babies this service is excellent. They give appointments straight away.
The doctors are good but the reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. After covid things are almost back to normal.
So so, they are not that great because they don't have an online service. You call at 8:00am and it takes an hour or so to get through. Takes a few days for an appointment unless it is urgent. Often the appointments are over the phone which is fine as I don't have to go in and it can be sorted over a phone call. It's always different doctors for appointments.
Not good. I've been waiting for my medical history for 9 weeks. They said it would take 4 weeks. You wait over 10 minutes for appointments when you get here for your appointment. Booking appointments is done all over the phone. There can be 15 people in front of me in the queue but it goes quickly. I do get an appointment when I get through and see whoever is available.
Really difficult to get an appointment and hard to get results back. Constantly chasing them. I was lucky today as they gave me an appointment 20 minutes later when they rang back. You see whoever is available. It has got worse since modality took over. You are constantly banging your head against a wall. They don't call to let us know the results of tests, you can wait weeks. It's not the doctors, it's just getting in and getting things done. You call at 8:00am, you get through and all the appointments have gone. Medication is a mess and you don't get regular checks or reviews.
Really Good. Easy to get through to book appointments. I receive text messages from them to book appointments, and appointment reminders. I recently had a mental health review and found the doctors to be very supportive. They are good at prescribing medication and always follow up on hospital recommendations following appointments.
They will sort out medical care and referrals. They are good like that. Care part they're rubbish, you can't get through to them.
They won't come out and see my housebound mom. We ask them to come out to mom and they won't do house visits. She needed a blood test and they sent someone out from BCHC who were good. If my mom is bad I will have to take her to A&E to get help that she needs as they're usually good.
They're alright. Can be waiting a long time for an appointment which is typical of the service. They don't give advanced appointments. It will be on the day appointments if they have any available.
Daughter was not diagnosed for lung failure for 2 years.
Not happy with them to be honest. It's difficult to see a doctor in person and they do everything all over the phone. When my daughter had scarlet fever, I kept telling the GP but they wouldn't see her. I had to raise my voice to get her to be seen and they eventually saw her face to face.
When I go to see them, they're okay. I saw them yesterday and it went alright. Sometimes you struggle making appointments. They see me when they're available.
They are very good, help you with minor illnesses. I will be honest with you. I shouldn’t have to go to them. I should be able to see my GP but they have been helpful.
Takes a long time to get through by phone. I had an appointment and most of them seem to happen over the phone. Sometimes I would prefer to see them face to face because some things you cannot explain over the phone, but they don't always give you the option.
Absolutely useless.
They do not understand Sickle Cell.
They are better in replying to calls now.
I am with them since long. They are very friendly, helpful and engaging.
At times difficult to get appointments but overall excellent GP service.
Easy to access when you go for enquiry in person. The staff is helpful. Nurses are friendly & willing to answer my questions even though the question is about my husband.
Several times when trying to phone you either wait a long time to connect and the get cut off or it connects and they are rude
Just shocking, waiting for the call to be answered, appointments 3 to 4 weeks away, still only telephone appointments
Difficult to get appointments, lots of difficultirs
Can not get appointment when phoneing morning or afternoon, day after day, this has been going on from last year lockdown, some of the secretaries are very rude to people, and me, can never get same Day appointments,or ring back, sometimes have to pre-book, appointment or ring back, Which is days away from getting the help that I need from a Dr, emergency phone number is absolutely utterly waste of time and the hopeless do nothing but argue with me to get any help from them at all, to by a waste of time and money, fed up with the NHS as well,I had to wait from last year January 2021, for a MIR scan, and I had it this year march 2021, because of the pandemic and covered most of my appointments you all of them were cancelled, utterly ridiculous and disgusting,as I got a underlying health condition which as gotten worst because if no treatment from any of these services, I'm frustration opposite because what condition is getting worse and nobody seems to care about it ??

Good
The GPs are great but getting an appointment is terrible. The reception never seem to answer the phone.
It's very hard to book appointment on the phone line always busy.
All good - except no continuity of care. Online form a bit clunky but response good. You have to take who's available - I would prefer to be able to see same GP as I have long term conditions.
Its good but very long queue to attend call .
They are very efficience and kind
Difficult to get a GP appointment. Usually all appointments are gone before 8:15 am. Left waiting for phone to be answered for more than 10 minutes, by which time all appointments are gone.
Tried to get advice from a GP for a 4 week old. The receptionist, was unhelpful, obstructive, officious, sarcastic and overall rude!!
Telephone queuing system is nuts and sends you up and down the queue. All experienced reception staff have left. Gone downhill last two and a half years since being taken over. Poor
Surgery manager put phone down on me while I was trying to log a complaint.
Said to send complaint in writing but gave no email address and I cannot find one on line.
Manager was rude and hostile...horrible service!!
Okay
Difficult to get appointments. Doctors are good & friendly. But they are in hurry to see the next patient all the time. They need to give more time to patients.
I have a heart problem for which I was first referred to Soho road health centre, from there to West Bromwich, again from there to Wolverhampton finally where they offered me open-heart surgery. The issue is I live very close to QE hospital just a few miles away why should I go to another city when I can’t drive. I want it to be done at QE hospital, I have raised this issue with my GP. Now I am waiting since last 6 months for surgery.
I have number of health issues (Heart problem, back problem, and Glaucoma) but still I can’t get an appointment at my GP surgery when I insist they tell me to go to GP out of hour service. This is how they treat me.
Interpreting services are not provided to the the patient.
My mother had lung cancer she received the all clear after treatment. In 2016 she was taken to A&E with bad cough and given antibiotics. She was also x-rayed. The result went straight to her GP. There were concerns and my mum should have been invited for a thorough investigation, however the doctor never informed my mother or any other family members. One year later in 2017 she was again with same symptoms and she was then diagnosed with lung cancer. She had to have very strong radiotherapy, which was very difficult. She then sadly passed away a few months later. We as family felt there were lots of mistakes by the GP. Firstly they never contacted her for a crucial follow up appointment after the x-ray had flagged up issues. The doctor sent an apology letter for my mum when she was still alive, however we felt it wasn’t enough. They just blamed a computer glitch. We also had issues getting the death certificate they had marked her dearth place as hospital even though she died at home. They also called me to ask the time of death and asked me “what should I put in this certificate”. The biggest issue for us as a family is to try to accept that we can’t change anything. Had we known earlier my mum might still be alive. She might have avoided the harsh radiotherapy and as a family we would have had a chance to know earlier and spend real quality time together.
I've been dealing with a number of different health issues for about 2 years now and feel there has been lack of insight and communications by the GPs at this surgery i feel as if their always in a hurry to get me out. GPs are always unavailable or off sick which is inconvenient to patients as we can not get the correct medication or treatment as and when required. They've lost 3rd party information with my personal details and was recently on the phone for two whole days just trying to get through to them to book an appointment only to be told i couldn't book an appointment in advance and that there was only same day appointments and as for a home visit you can forget that as they claim there isn't enough staff to leave the surgery.
I phoned a number of times to make an appointment, between 2:30pm and 4:00pm; I was on hold for over 20 minutes before being cut off!! I tried again, and the same thing has happened repeatedly. I have been a patient here for nearly 20 years and am shocked at how bad the service now is; this is not a reflection on the GPs, as the ones I have been treated by have been on the whole, very professional, but the management is so poor; it is unacceptable. I wonder whether they have a policy of not answering the phone to make it harder for patients to access the help they need. Deplorable standards! I'm still on hold...now for nearly 10 minutes
Rude reception staff who discuss patients openly infront of staff and patients and ignore phone calls ( witnessed personally ) nearly impossible to get appointment , doctors don't bother reading notes ( found 1 decent doctor but only there twice a week . Most doctors there just fob you off and don't even investigate . I have family members who were terminally ill while under this practice and couldn't even get his medication so was in serious pain for a week before he passed . He was also going to this practice for over 12 months complaining of being unable to eat, go toilet and severe pain which would curl him over, told was indigestion go home take gaviscon, got to point he was sicking up poo so went hospital to be told got cancer an gone too far, passed away a month on.
Bellevue Medical Centre doesn't answer calls or fax. Mother was put on antibiotics, but can't swallow, she was sent tablets! Took 5 days to get medication in liquid form; during this 5 days she needed to suck paracetamol. Speech and language therapist was involved, so her care needs are known. She has special thickener in meals and fortified liquid drinks.
Mother is vulnerable, we waited from September to early December and nurse came at lunchtime to give her a flu jab. During this time 'care support' had tried to get this injection done - but no response from Bellevue. In the end the care support said they would report Bellevue to the CQC if they didn't do this. Daughter mainly took her to the surgery.
So disillusioned with the system. As we get older we are less and less important. Daughter gave up work to look after parents. Never relied on any financial support. Now feels bitter towards the system.
