"New manager is very loud and rude"
It’s just gone downhill so much since the last register manager left the new one is so loud all she does is go round shouting even if it’s not at the staff she just shouted at, she doesn’t handle things in the correct way.
All the old staff are leaving that have been there for a long time and been loyal to beech hill and just random staff are being employed they don’t know the resident or the home. One of the carers told me she was brought to bring the standard of the home up but if this is the case the standard of the Home is only going to drop, which I can already see in the last six months.
"Poor"
New management is not as nice as previous management who left this year. They are rude loud and just speak over you, doesn’t listen and from what I hear all the staff feel the same they are leaving for new jobs.
"Fantastic Care home"
Fantastic Care home.
"Avoid, Management and Managers issues ."
I had very bad experience at Beech Hill Grange . Managers are drama here they pick choose staff, play games with staff members , managers force staff to work alone, Certain staff, managers, Nurses are no good . Mangers, their family members, there friends and close one these all are trouble maker here .Honesty does not work here and they don't let honest person to work here because they are scared if any one complaint about them. This care home had so many problems, which government has to investigate things. Normal person can't deal with them because of too much lies ,hiding things, when anything happened here they stick together to there own peoples because most of them are related so its easy for them to hide things , If anything happened in the care home .
"Delayed assessment"
I asked for an assessment of my husband and was promised an assessment on the following Mon/Tues. I find out over a week later they ignored my request for a few days in favor of someone who i understand requested an assessment after me for the same room. Its morally wrong and unethical. It has caused untold stress for me, and its not nice to be lied to. They are also claiming now that they have no record of some of my telephone conversations, as well as indicating as my husband needed help with his personal hygiene, it would be too much for them. Yet the home claims to specialise in dementia, which my husband suffers from, and they are a nursing home. What's so demanding about that. Easier to take an elderly lady over a younger man who may actually make them work for their money, are they are only looking for easy money.
"Excellent care"
Excellent care for the residents, activities have continued during the pandemic and video calls have been set up
