I usually have a good experience when I come here. The dentist always explain things to me so I know what is going to happen. I do get a bit nervous because I don't like going but they keep me calm and take care of me.
Reception isn't friendly. This is a children's dentists and we are never greeted warmly. Today the receptionists was especially miserable. Not even a smile. I think some people stay in their jobs too long.
The first visit was good. My brother didn't wait too long.
The medical staff are very professional. They looked after my son very well today.
They sent my grandson here for investigation and assessment. I think he will be sent to the dental hospital for further treatment.
The appointments are never on time. But if we're ever late then we miss the appointment. It doesn't seem fair.
The parking was easy today with no issues which was very good. When I got to reception, they weren't very friendly or helpful but I understand that they are very busy and have to deal with the public all day long. It's my first time here and it's a nice place with clear signage. I also like how peaceful it is here.

Really quick and we were seen before out appointment time. We only waited a month and a half for the referral too which was a quick turnaround. They did x-rays and kept her clam. The care is good and treatment explanation is good too. I feel confident with the plan.
We waited a couple of months for the referral. They need to do an x-ray to see if he needs to be put to sleep to remove two teeth. They have been good so far and explained everything very well. Very thorough.

Good, quicker than I thought. We were slightly late and they still saw us. Staff are great. The staff doing the x-ray were good with her. They said she needs more teeth taking out than we thought and they have arranged a date for her next appointment at a clinic closer to us and for the next day which is good.
They see him every couple of months, they get him involved in his care and make him comfortable.

I waited one year for the referral, which is too long. They said it would be a wait but they didn't say how long. It got worse over the year. They gave us information about what to do to stop it getting worse. The staff have been brilliant, it's just a long wait. They know how to treat the kids as they aren't anxious and that makes the kids relaxed too.

Referred here as braces are needed. There are no long waits and the referral has been very quick. Good communication about appointments and referral letters all received in good time before the appointment.
I waited 3-4 months for an appointment after being referred on from my dentist. They sent me an appointment letter. Amazing and very nice, very caring. They took x-rays, they have been brilliant. I have been given the option of where to go for the next appointment but we chose here because of how good the staff have been. They made the appointment and gave me a letter. They have been really excellent.
It took less than a month to get an appointment. Excellent. They assessed him and put him forward for treatment for his tooth and preventative treatment for another tooth. Overall, I am happy and will book a follow up for a later date.
Referral has taken 8 months. They have given information in the meantime whilst waiting. I have received letters for the appointment and a follow up call to make sure I would be attending. A good service. They checked the teeth and did some x-rays. Explained everything very well. They have transferred us to Richmond for the time being and have said to get back in touch with them if we need anything.

My son has a disability he would not get out the car it took a while to persuade him to use the lift so we were late but they should have seen us as a SEND dentist they should have known the struggle to get him there

About a month before lockdown I had my moulds taken for my veneers, lockdown happened, I had a letter to say don’t worry they’ll be in touch. They never was! Every time I ring to ask for an appointment I’m told they have no dentist. I have multiple problems with my teeth and I just get told to try another dentist (which is really hard! Most dentists don’t want NHS patients) or try home kits which makes my problems worse!!!!

Dentist took the time to discuss (before the appointment) as my son has disabilities, different options for treatment, and on the day was kind and efficient.

I went to drop off clinic for dental check-up & treatment, they asked me to come back next week, had full x-rays, they did a filling. Great service for homeless people.
