Went for a blood test and they arranged it all quickly. They gave me medication and sent it to the pharmacy really quickly.
It's terrible, waiting for appointment through their new triage service. You do an online form on the morning, wait to see and respond, and it took 5 days. Asked 5 times to put in my medication in.

Rubbish to get an appointment. I book by phone as its hard to use the online system.
They couldn't do enough to help my husband. They sent out nurses regularly. They were excellent.
They weren't helpful. They just sent us to the Children's for crisis support.
I went to my GP as my carpal tunnel was getting worse. They got a referral sorted for me which didn't take too long. Good communication between the GP and hospital too.
Appointments, I can't get them. One of the staff has a bad attitude too. They have bad safeguarding policies and no working cameras. I ordered medication and they put it through late so I don't get it on time. They don't send you for tests.
I was told that my referral letter from my doctor had been sent to my private health care supplier so I could sort my issue out, but it hasn’t
Although the doctors are great, the reception staff, or appointments procedure is infuriating - which is not helpful when already unwell.
I waited on the line for half an hour, got through at 9.20am and was then hung up on, waited another half an hour, finally got through and was asked dob, and why I called, to then be told there are no appointments.
It wouldn't be difficult to first not hang up on sick people, second have a message when calling stating there are no appointments!
No apology was given, I asked about making a complaint and was just given an apathetic response.

They're okay, but trying to get through on the telephones is hard. When you do get through they say there are no appointments. When you do get an appointment, they only provide telephone appointments as they are not seeing people face to face.

Had chest infection.. Dr followed up on day 5 by phone and when I said I wasn't feeling better.. made me an appointment to get checked.
The receptionist here acts as if she is the Doctor. She insists people tell her their issues when calling to book an appointment. She is rude and unfriendly to new members of the clinic. This practice has gone sharply down hill. A number of Doctors there too seem incomptent.
It takes weeks to get a appointment and if you want a appointment, you must be dying before they give you a appointment.

Impressed can book an appointment on the day if ring early, but to book an none urgent appointment for reviews etc it can be 3 weeks. very covid-19 secure with measures in place to protect us when we do need to see a dr. great full was able to see the dr's when needed exiling with covid going on. was not impressed there was no development checks for children only via a telephone call.
Somewhat disappointed in the lack of communication and knowing their clients. I'm classed as a vulnerable adult and they haven't even put me down on the system. Even though I've been there awhile. Rang up told me to ring 911. To be told to ring the doctors again, to be told to ring 911. Obviously disgusting, especially when I'm classed as vulnerable as I said.
