The midwife is good when I see her. I'm able to contact her if I need to. The surgery is clean and I never have to wait too long.
It's okay but appointments can be hard to get. The doctors are always available.

They're alright. Sometimes have to wait for appointments but who doesn't.
Everybody speaks English and I speak Urdu and I find it too hard. Sometimes my friends will help me. The GP is good and speaks Urdu but the receptionists speak English and the lady that can speak Urdu still speaks English.
I find them brilliant, no complaints. I call them and they call you back. They make same day appointments for children. Brilliant.
They don't refer you for what you need. You get appointments but not what you need. It is hard.
I can fill in a form online and then get an appointment. I do mostly use the phone though as it's easier.
It takes time to get a face to face appointment. I can get a call back from a GP for a minor ailment. The staff are okay and friendly.
I have mixed feelings. Before covid we had face to face appointments but now it's only over the phone. It's difficult to get appointments. The staff are nice however you don't get a regular GP to speak to, they're all different.
I can speak to a GP the same day over the phone but unable to get a face to face appointment, that can take weeks. For blood tests you can wait over a month. That's more than bad.
The reception are very good, I can go to them to book an appointment. I don't use the online system as its easier to book at the reception.
I'm not satisfied with the midwife there as she cancels appointments and someone else sees me. I haven't had a midwife come to my home and do a check up when I said I couldn't get the the GP.
I can't get a GP appointments. My problems are the waiting times and I'm pregnant so it isn't fair. I will give them 3 stars.
It's good. The doctor listens to me. I did have to wait a while when waiting for the appointment there but that's okay.

The reception staff go an extra mile for you every time. Appointments are easily available and the GP's listen to you and engage with you very well.

I went there for my knee and they were good. The call was long but it was okay. They said that they would refer me onto the hospital for scans and that I should rest it in the meantime.

Whenever I am ringing to speak to receptionist I don’t like having to explain everything to them. Receptionist aren’t sympathetic, they give an appointment 3 weeks later.

They do book interpreters sometimes and at times they forget and it’s waste of my time. I have to request someone to call and book it for me.

Told GP about daughter’s eczema when she was 6 months old and then told him several times that medication was not working. They said they will refer her to dermatologist but that did not help so they send me to Children’s hospital.

The doctors are useless. Very rude and unhelpful. How the heck do they get away with being so rude to patients? I was a mental health patient with a disability. Worst doctors ever. It is not they cannot help. They just don't WANT TO HELP. There is a difference. Lazy, useless. My taxpayer money should not go to these idiots. I'm angry because they made me believe I was going crazy when really I had a disability, which was diagonised by a private doctor. This costs thousands. Dr Walji and his son are elitists. Go to hell.
