My experience of Balsall Heath Medical Centre has been good. I have been able to book appointments and the care has been good.
I phone to make appointments. They listen to us and everything is good. I have no problems.
They're very good. Good at booking appointments and they answer the phone. No long waits and they send me straight away.
Find them okay but sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment and there aren't enough doctors. Receptionists are helpful and communicate well when i want my repeat prescription.
They're okay and I can get appointments. It's easy to use the online system and make appointments. No problems with the staff or the service.
It's okay but takes a long time on the phone. The online system is no better. They say they have emergency appointments of a morning but when you call its always fully booked.
Not a good experience. I find it hard to get appointments with them and it took me three tries to get them to refer me.

Very difficult to get an appointment. I either call 111 to book one for me or I go to A&E. The GP is good if I am lucky enough to see him.

The GPs are excellent but getting an appointment is a very demanding task. You need at least 2 hours on the phone to get an appointment. Mostly it's next day appointments.

I saw my midwife and she told me to go straight to triage as my blood pressure was low and I would need my potassium levels checked. They are usually good and I can see the same midwife. There has been a couple of different ones but they were also very nice.
Good. I have had two appointments all face to face when I went to see the midwife. I go and it's face to face. I haven't seen her for 1 month or 2 months as I come to the Women's.

I left after 1 week. The doctors were shocking. Ended up having strong words with them and they weren't the right service for me at all.

They're not good. I had an appointment with the midwife, I turned up to the appointment and there was no midwife there. They told me to call the GP to make another appointment.

They're useless at the moment. I had a bad fever for a week and they didn't prescribe me anything nor see me face to face.
They're alright, I can get appointments, they're actually alright.
The level of service, they never rush and listen to me. They give good advice and the prescription always does the job.
