Helpful and friendly staff

The staff are nothing but helpful. They always help me get an appointment even when they are busy. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are all really friendly.

It can be very difficult to get through on the telephone at times, and difficult to get an appointment unless it is urgent. My recent experience was quite good, I called in the afternoon and got an appointment for that afternoon. The doctors are very good.
