"I can not fault the care"
These people have been and continue to be amazing. They have learned how we like things done and adapted to us. This is so important when sharing a home and trust with carers. We have a small group of the same ones so we know who is going to be looking after me. I can not fault these amazing people. They are now friends.

All of the staff have been courteous, kind, friendly, compassionate and caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They always asked permission to do anything. They washed up and even my dog got excited when they came. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Balm in aiding, although I'm not quite there yet my recovery.
