The care the surgery was awful. I had a minor procedure there and as a result ended up in hospital for a week. I had a vitamin deficiency that they never told me about either. Appointments kept getting cancelled. I found the service poor and very frustrating.
My experience with this service has been great, I have never had any issues with them.
I would give 0 stars to the doctor. She was disinterested as soon as my wife walked in and replied ‘I’ve seen your history, go and get cream over the counter.’
When asked why she didn’t do any checks she replied ‘go home and do the swab; I didn’t tell you to make an appointment!’ My wife was very unhappy; the doctor didn’t care! AVOID!!!!
The surgery needs more doctors and nurses.
The GPs and the nurses are very good and provide excellent care.

Hard to get appointments. They are quite rude at times. The head doctor can be rude. My friend had a very bad and similar experience with the head doctor. Limited to getting appointments with a female doctor.
Waste of time. You can't get an appointment, they don't see you face to face. You go through a process of getting an appointment, waiting in long queues and then you may not get an appointment. There's no repeat prescription service on the phone, and my 93 year old dad can't use technology, so he has to get a repeat prescription by going into the surgery. There needs to be things accessible by everyone and that are age appropriate. Just not a good surgery.
Very busy telephone lines in the mornings. However the staff and GP very helpful.. professional efficient service

No face to face appointments for 12 months, 2 week wait for phone consultation. Support staff are excellent, it's the only reason we stay with this practice.
