"No real help"
I went there for swollen glands but they told me everything looked normal and to take painkillers, they prescribed antibiotics. They were no real help and didn't give any good advice that I couldn't have googled myself.

On the phone for 7 hours, 4 assessments, Badger service never call back only give you miss calls or when you manage to pick up they end the call, not sure how they have outstanding CQC rating!!! Maybe another inspection is need? Shame on you Badger service, leave pregnant woman without help despite 7 hours waiting on the phone!
Very good, quick and efficient. The doctor explained everything very well.
They took one look at me here and sent me straight to hospital. They closed down Badger and relocated to Solihull, expecting everyone to go there. I ended up in Heartlands hospital
They are good. I get the care I need. They prescribe medication that I need. It's a bit weird to drive through but it's good.
They are good. Quick through. Better there from GP’s. Faff to go there but we get help.
Saw team a month ago. They were alright, got confused as receptionist booked me in as an A&E patient so I was waiting a little while. GP referred me straight on to them, so that was good.
Bit of the way out have to drive there, 20 minutes’ drive, needed antibiotics and I got them for her and couldn’t get through to GP, but they were very good. There are long waits.
The doctors weren't answering, so took my daughter to there. My daughter was checked out. They gave my 5 year old antibiotics and at least the treatment was started on time.
Got sent to here after attending the Queen Elizabeth with an allergic reaction to my eye. Didn't find them very helpful. I was sent all over the place.
They operate late on the night. I can book an appointment online. But you drive up, park up, they direct you to a cubicle and you can see someone face to face. It's been helpful sometimes, with my asthma if it's bad they will send me to A&E.
Attended a badger clinic at a surgery in Selly Park on a Sunday after phoning them and being sent there. Was seen very quickly and treated well. Staff were very thorough and reassuring. I didn't want to go to A&E, so they did what they could to treat me, and I agreed if I got worse I would go to hospital. As I was very unwell, and they knew I lived alone, Dr actually phoned me later that night to check on me and see if I had got worse. It was very kind of her to do so.
