Good as they give same day appointments. Sometimes I book via the link. Very good and I can talk to the doctor and understand what they're saying. I don't need an interpreter.
It's difficult to get an appointment, very testing. You have a window to phone and can take 40 minutes. Very difficult to be seen and when you're not well you can do without the drama in relation to call back. I find staff not very compassionate.
Brilliant. The main GP in there has trainee doctors too. Trying to see the main GP is like trying to find gold. They call you back but its with a nurse and not the person you want to speak to so you are fobbed off. The receptionists are pretty good though.
They failed my husband when he had cancer so we ended up moving surgeries. They failed to see him and we demanded they see him and eventually he was seen at Good Hope.
I love them. Great surgery. I never have any problems with them. They're good with my kids. Easy to get appointments, the doctors are good, listen well and are very helpful. The staff are great. I don't have any reason to complain. Great services.
I know of someone who has had a terrible experience trying to speak about mental health and has been ignored and told they don't look bad enough to be considered depressed. Are these doctors uneducated on mental health and understanding what depression is and how it doesn't necessarily present as someone outwardly crying or looking miserable?! We all mask, and try to look okay when we aren't underneath. Why is it despite several appointments the person I know could not be heard by these "professionals" and was sent away?

Getting an appointment is a struggle at times. To get an appointment - Monday and Tuesday 8 am and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30 am. Dr is fabulous once I have managed to see him. Staff are lovely.
He's been with my family through all my pregnancies, and he actually takes time to listen and explain things. He understands people like no other, truly an amazing selfless man.
