They have dispensed the medication within 2 minutes of it being sent down by the GP. Really quick with everything. I love them.
I ordered test strips on repeat and they never got back to me. Not sure if I was meant to just go and get them. I ended up going into hospital and they sorted me out.
Staff are rude waiting time for medication is a long process, each month I have to wait for a certain medication, when going into chemist there is nobody in there but you still have to wait at least 20 mins to half an hour it’s a joke
Very helpful but kind of awkward as I had to keep explaining myself to different people and the issue was very sensitive. They did help in the end but they need to be more mindful.
I had to pay for my prescription and it was quite expensive but they dispensed it very quickly and gave me two things. Cost me £11 pounds which was too much.

You used to be able to order your medication over the phone. Now they've changed it and you have to go in. I don't think I've had any problems with the pharmacists it's more the manufacturing side of things.
Very good. They give very good advice when the kids have been sick and I need to get help.

Always get served in a timely manner and staff are curtious and polite
Often have to wait a long time to get prescription because the pharmacist is busy in a consultation or elsewhere. Sometimes no one bothers to attend the front desk to collect the prescription or complete purchases for ages. Was left waiting a long time the other day, they'd actually mislaid my prescription and not noticed. I was very unwell at the time which made it worse. Staff are very nice when they actually do speak to you, but that doesn't make up for how badly organised it is.
