The midwife is brilliant. I have her contact details if I need to contact her.
My daughter recently had a baby. It's a different midwife each time and each one says a different thing. We asked for a scan and they refused. He was in breech position and she had a to have a C Section.
Very difficult to book an appointment and communication is poor.
Only problem is getting appointments. It is an issue. you have to ring by 8AM and the line is still busy. Everything else is okay and once you're able to see a doctor they are good with communication.
I am very satisfied with them. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I can get appointments easily. Very good communication with the doctors and they explain everything very well. The pharmacy in there is good too. I get my medication easily.
They gave me a link. It’s hard to book an appointment specially when you have 3 kids. can use NHS 111 but it’s one per call and when you have 3 kids it can be difficult.
Very bad experience.
Have to wait a week for an appointment some times- not very good. Used to much better. different doctors each time. no consistency with care. care good when I get to see doctor.
More interaction is needed with disabled patients at home.
Excellent service from reception to doctors. Appointment system works very well and all staff are friendly and helpful.
