"They're amazing"
See my midwife there. She's so lovely and so contactable. It is perfect trying to get appointments at the surgery to see a GP too. They're amazing.

I haven't had any issues with booking appointments or anything. It's easy to book online.
I experience difficulty with getting appointments. The triage process takes a long time. I find the whole process difficult online because I'm not good with IT. We should go back to the old days where we can just call and get an appointment. The GP is excellent though. He gives you time and really listens to you.
It's online bookings and they do a triage. I find it a bit difficult on the app.
Very well informed staff and the quality of service delivery is excellent.
Very good. they referred me onto the Royal. I felt listened to and they got me referred quickly.
Repeat prescriptions don't get done when ordered, ended up ordering 3 times even then wasn't done the community nurse ended up having to order the prescription. One Dr in particular seems uninterested in what your saying and he was very rude and dismissive towards my carer, unacceptable from a person who is meant to be a professional. I could go on as I have so many concerns regarding this surgery, but I'd probably run out of space.
Very good and helpful staff.
My GP is very good, they listen to me. I've been with them for over 40 years. All the doctors are very kind and thoughtful.
I have a liver condition and can get an appointment and see a GP anytime I want.
Helped with husbands depression and sorted out medication for him. Sometimes hard to get an appointment for GP. First telephone appointment than face to face if you think you need it.
GP's understanding of mental health and neuro-diversity is non-existent. Surgeries should have dedicated mental health staff with degree in psychology and psychiatry.
They are much better and helpful than others.
They don’t book interpreter and ask me to write everything. Before Covid there use to be a interpreter but after Covid have not seen any.
Easy to get appointment and very helpful GP.
Rubbish! Can never get an appointment, the GP's are great and so are the midwives. The receptionists are rude. When you are there though, they're good.
I've been with them for 10 years and had no problems.
Whenever I have seen my GP, he went above and beyond. Very Good & helpful staff.
Always having to tell receptionist what is wrong with me And it's there decision when and if I can have a appointment
Generally good. phoning the practice you get a very offputting, long message from a Dr but when you stick with it and eventually get a receptionist they are lovely and helpful.
Can`t book a GP appointment at all, I tried on patient access website, never any luck. How long they will stay home due to covid? How many more years??
I am really impressed with my GP service, from reception staff to the GP. He always clearly explains thing and is patient.
It is fantastic. The drs are so thoughtful and considerate, take time to really listen to your needs. I feel very cared for at this surgery.
Excellent - lovely, friendly surgery with really good GPs and clerical staff.
This drs are amazing. They have done so much for me and my family. The drs are so nice and friendly.
Always accessible professional and friendly from the receptionist to the nurses to the GPs
The sugery is amazIng. They have done so much for me. They are 100% better than my last surgery.
Excellent service with a smile while managing Covid responsibilities.
GP services are very good. However regularly have issues with the reception and administration services as they have messed up appointments bookings and cancellation several times in the last 12 months
I suffer severe mental health which I hide very well. I recently told my Dr's I'm feeling suicidal and having suicidal thoughts and they said oh but you won't do it though. I've had no help at all
