They aren't very good at getting back to you. They take a long time to give you an appointment too. The system is difficult and it doesn't need to be like that.
Very good, helpful and supportive GP. The reception team is very helpful.
I have never struggled with them. I can always get appointments. It might not be the same day but they will always give me one. They were even good during covid. They are excellent.
Can go any time. As long as I phone up. I can get an appointment straight away for the same day. Doctors and receptionist have standards, see them and if there is something really wrong then you get send for the doctor. Girls behind the desk are lovely.
They are very engaging and try to be as helpful as they can.
I am very happy & pleased with them. It feels somebody is caring when you ring them. Very helpful team.
Called doctor to book appointment at 8:30, was given the last appointment of the day. Initially nurse said you have to wait for few weeks to get an appointment. If it’s an emergency then you have to come to ED.
