"Not a good experience at all"
My husband was there for 48-50 hours. They called 999 after saying they could meet his needs after doing an initial assessment to then say they couldn't. That was not a good experience for him at all.
"Very happy here"
So far I have been very happy here. Seeing the same doctor for the past 15 years. I have no need for the doctor.
"They are very good"
They are very good in the many things they do. I sit in the room and listen to the staff. They are very good, too good sometimes. Night nurse measured legs for stockings for DVT and various veins.
"Care quality is very good"
From the reception to the smallest part of this home, I would say it is a welcoming environment.
