"Not good"
Not good. I’ve been with them since 2016. Difficult to get an appointment. They don’t Answer the phone. I was told I won't on their books because I hadn’t attend for over 2 years- there was a note on the door saying they were shut for training when I had an appointment a couple of years ago. The latest dentist very Young said she hasn’t read my notes and why had I come - obviously for my routine check up. Then told me I needed 3 fillings - which means my teeth deteriorate within a year. I visited last year for sensitive teeth and have a problem with grinding and receding gum line. This new dentist didn’t comment on there. I’ve been to another dentist who suggested I just have staining on my teeth no mention of fillings. Dental practices seem to only focus on money making schemes these days and it’s very expensive. Need treatment on the NHS.
