The GP service is very good. The service and care I have received from my community midwife at the surgery has also been very good.
Once you get entered into the Surgery, you feel at home as everybody extending their services and make you at ease.
The Dr listened to me & ask for all the tests required to be done & a follow up appointment.
Very helpful and considerate
Service has always been excellent.The healthcare assistant is excellent and the Drs.
My interactions with one of the GPs have been positive. She completes a full and thorough assessment before concluding the appointment.
The receptionist was really good and listened to my concerns attentively. She made sure I was checked on and booked me a last minute appointment to make sure everything was safely checked.

The whole surgery was suspended and now they have local GPs so it's easier to make appointments. Not sure what is happening with the surgery and whether it will be taken over fully.

I had to rearrange my appointment due to ill health I was also late to my appointment but due to a cancellation I was accommodated right away. Thanks to the staff and manager service has definitely improved

GP is nice, went for a blood test they booked in a week. They get back to me as well after reports come and give you medication accordingly.
Nurse was super helpful, explained everything really well and made sure I had everything I needed

When you call to book an appointment, they never have any available even if you have called at 8. You can't book appointments online. They never have any time and when you do go in to see them, they tell you that you can only discuss one problem at a time. I don't feel listened to as I have a lot of issues but I am not allowed to talk about them all. It is getting a bit better though.

All the time when I require appointment, they give me the same day and this stuff is quite nice and they’re one of the best surgery in my entire life. What a nice people and helpful.

I had to wait over an hour from my appointment time. Then they said the GP was absent so I had to go home. They didn't even reschedule an appointment either. Absolutely horrible. I don't use them anymore.

I have been having trouble sleeping for the past year. I went and they told me to come back, so I did and they said they couldn't do anything for me and put me on medication. My GP needs to do more.

GPs don't listen to you. I have stopped going and started using herbal medicine or go to A&E at Heartlands.

I had an ultrasound on my neck and said they couldn't see anything.
I have a problem with the fact that I am always asked why I want an appointment, which might be personal. They should try and give appointments as it may be an emergency. I wanted to be referred to a specialist but I was refused this. I want a physio for my arthritis.
Very difficult to get an appointment. We prefer to go to the A&E at Heartlands most of the time. I have not seen my GP in the last years.
I have been with them for 35 years. They have been good so far. Things have changed a lot since covid as appointments have gotten harder to get. The receptionists and health practitioners have positive relationships with the patients. I have had really good doctors. they are doing great with checking up after appointments.
I used their walk in centre but they couldn't help my wife. Her rash was getting worse and it was affecting her joints so they told us it was best to go to A&E so we went to the QE as it is the only hospital I would use.
I was sent here after an insect bite to their walk in facility. They sent me straight to the eye hospital because the bite was by my eye. They were brilliant and followed all procedure's during covid.
It's a partnership and I wait 10 minutes and I get seen. They send me here when I cannot get an appointment at my usual surgery in Small Heath.
I am very disappointed by the poor service and lack of diagnosis by the GP. He kept on giving paracetamol but was unable to diagnose the actual issue.
Brilliant. I get appointments when I need them. If you feel like you're having an issue you can call them and they listen to you and tell you to come in for a same day appointment. They've been so so good. Me and my family have been with them for 20/30 years. We wouldn't be anywhere else.
Very hard to get an appointment. Very rude reception staff. They don't pick up the phone or call back.
GP is good. You can get appointments with them. I don't have any issues with them and they'll prescribe me medication that I need.
Send kids there for an appointment. They are good and helpful. We don’t wait long and they will look after them.
Lots of locum GP. Receptionist act like they are stopping you from getting an appointment.
Difficult, wake up at 8am and then they have no appointments. The call is so long and when you talk to them there is no appointment left. Asked for a blood test and he said I didn’t need to have one as I had one a year ago.
Went for some x-rays as I was getting out of breath and phlemy on the chest. They sent my x-rays results to the GP quickly. The didn’t have me waiting long and got the results back quickly. Very good.

Really good. You know whenever need appointments you call and they give you one. Set up regular asthma reviews to see what inhalers I am using.
GP surgery assigned me to a community midwife from Women's Hospital. No contact no phone calls. Said they'd refer me for FGM. It's hard to get appointments as they're fully booked by the time I get through.
They're alright, I hardly need them to be honest. Waiting times on the phone are a headache, but they're good overall for medicines, they send them to the chemist, and they deliver it to me.
They're good, offer both face to face and over the phone appointments. They also do an online service for appointments.
You can easily wait half hour to see a doctor when walking in to use their services. The centre is split into two parts with a vaccination clinic and GP clinic. Once I saw a doctor I was fine, I got what I needed.
The staff in the pharmacy are very nice and very friendly. I collect my prescription from them.

Very badly managed They DO NOT answer your call, if they do they put you on hold for long periods of time & they cut call off.

I went to the surgery with my son who has persistent cough. Just gave him Ibuprofen and linctus. Didn't take any notice. Appointment late.
