"They talk to me not my parents"
They okay, they explain things carefully. They talk to me directly not through my parents which is good. They always ask my parents for permission for everything though which I understand.

I have many conditions and for every single one I have been let down. I attended surgery many times all said they’d referred to the pain clinic but I heard nothing, this has gone on for 4 years. Eventually I called the number on my NHS app and they said they didn’t understand why doctors kept on re-referring when they had never met me. They had been re-referring to the wrong hospital. In the meantime I am ill with the pain.
I have diabetes and have had allergic reactions to meds. Agreed Mounjaro injections but appointment for a nurse has been 2 months wait. Then they messaged my on the evening which I didn’t pick up until late and that left me no time to arrange plans for my dog. I called again another string of weeks to wait and at a different surgery, only to get to that date and it’s cancelled. I am off work for my mental health at the moment, in pain every day with my fibromyalgia and arthritis, on no meds for my diabetes and I am just at breaking point.
I never know who I'm going to see. All of the GPs are nice however the waiting time to see them isn't.
It's so hard to get an appointment. You are left waiting on the phone. By the time I get through the appointments are all gone.
Very caring and helpful GP who listens to me and always provides excellent support.
Hard to get appointments. The staff are good and it's good once you get in.
Paul test
It is very hard to get an appointment. After covid they have been too slow to open up their doors for patients.
They're okay. I have no issues really. I see the midwife there, well I have done a couple of times but most care is at the hospital. I can usually ask questions and can normally get appointments when I need to and even when unrelated to my pregnancy. You don't always see the same GP but that is fine.
Good. Depends upon the time of day you contact them. It's packed at 8am in the morning but you will get the appointments arranged for home care. The doctor is so good, he came out to my house. If I need to see him.
Incredibly difficult to get appointment. Call at 8:30am and by 9am were gone, sometimes at 12pm. The other week an asthma nurse phoned I told her I was not great and wouldn't be able to make an appointment anytime soon. Anyway a few hours later I received a text to say a appointment had been made with GP. Someone must have been listening
Can't see a GP, it's impossible. I call at 8am and I'm number 27 in the queue. I don't end up getting an appointment so I call the next day. It costs a lot in my phone bill. It's not good.
There should be separate arrangement for over 75’s to arrange COVID Jabs and they should make things easy for everyone.
My mom has got dementia and is 80, how can she book COVID Jab online. I went to book an appointment for her otherwise she couldn’t have got it.
Phone lines open at 8-30 am . On ringing at 8-30 on the dot you are number 26 in the queue, this goes on till you are number one in the queue.
They answer you all appointments have gone.
This goes on day after day till you just give up.
And it's no good complaining at reception, they just say try tomorrow .
Have to phone at 8:30am to get an appointment which is not always possible for working people. When you do get through which could be quickly, by 8:40am all appointments are usually gone. When you request to prebook an appointment, this is not possible. Even if it’s for the following month, you’re told that the booking system can not be opened.
They surely have oversubscribed with patients and do not have the availability of GPS to accommodate their patients.
The online booking system opens up appointments at midnight, this is ridiculous, again, working people are most likely asleep by this time!
When I have used matchsticks to keep my eyes open, the app rarely shows any appointments.
Extremely frustrating GP practice.
Takes a while to get through and when I do, I get a telephone appointment. I've never been offered a face to face appointment.
GP no communication.
My GP is very good & engaging. He is available all the time.
Frustrating, you can't get an appointment over the phone. When you get through, you are triaged then the doctor gives you all back. They do tell you to come in and pick up a prescription.
They're really good.
Overall ok but always struggle to get through on phone. I can’t book appointment on phone.
The doctors are really good, they ring up Boots and Lloyds to arrange the blister packs for me.
Not able to get appointments. 40 plus minutes wait on phone.
I was there for 15 years. GP’s are very helpful and professional.
Excellent set up for a vaccination center.
At times almost impossible to get through to them, and when you do the chances of getting an appointment are low. Some reception staff are very unhelpful. GPs have a tendency to be patronising and not explain even when asked
Both the GPS and the Receptionists are superb. However, getting an appointment is difficult in the extreme. Whether it's because of understaffing due to Covid or lack of funds I don't know but, when it takes two weeks at least to get an appointment, this is unacceptable.
The GP was lovely. However the reception staff were just awful, treated me with cold disdain and such an unwelcoming vibe. Being kind should be central to the way they deal with patients. Please be kind.
Terrible
I have a complaint about them lodged with NHS England. For months they refused me a simple blood test that would have helped take the heat off a department of the QE Hospital when the hospital staff were under extreme pressure with Covid 19 patients. I was unable to have the blood test at the QE. Without the blood test, I was not able to take a certain medication that takes 3 months to build up in the system, and was without that medication for a number of months. In my view, GP practices should always support the work of hospitals when it is easy to do so.
Impossible to get an appointment online or over the phone you will wait for weeks. Then after those weeks have passed after trying everyday you will get no treatment and unsure GP’s basically guessing until the eventually sending you to A and E.
Excellent. I got text message. Same day appointment. Volunteer registering me was excellent. Sent straight through. Nurse was exceptional. I want afraid of the jab but she explained everything and I think would have been great if I had been afraid. She's made small talk while she did it to distract me. She was clearly genuinely interested in my well-being. Excellent service. I was pretty unwell for 24 hours though afterwards.
Impossible to get an appointment with any Dr over the last 2 wks.
A nurse taking my blood as part of annual health check asked a few questions about my health, and without my or the doctors knowledge ticked a couple of other boxes which led to my diagnosis of prostate cance which being caught early was successully treated - she saved my life. A later visit revealed I was actually having a heart attack, not indegestion and due to their swift treatment I was rushed to hospital and operated on within the day and now lead a full life style at 69 years young.
They have been excellent at times
Usually okay but can be difficult to get an appointment
An OK GP but hard to get appointments and their online system is very clunky.
Impossible to get an appointment. Triage appointments initially but cannot get one either. You are told to ring at 8.30 in the morning but usually, once you get through there are no appointments. You cannot book an appointment for some reason. It was hard to book appointments at this practice even before Covid.
Still waiting to speak to GP about my blood test results from September. My repeat prescription has a note to book for asthma clinic, and to have blood pressure done. Cannot book. I've had a swelling under my armpit for a few months, just wish I could get an appointment. I might have to change doctors.
Very good
Have to wait ages for an appointment - system could be better
Book appointment online . good rapport with doctor. Staff isn’t varied. Staff is all white, they have multi staff but white receptionist.
Appointments in 3 weeks if u lucky.
Everyone is rude(apart from the boy receptionist and the short haired nurse)
My regular medication is for 5days £8.80. Dr doesnt give me more.as i have to request prescription every 5 days its a waste of time ....if its a weekend they make me go to walk in centre ....
I asked for referral coz of my loud 24/7 tinnitis i got appoinment in 7 months.
I asked them how do i remove warts from my neck and cheat.they said they ll refer which never happened
Yesterday i had finally appointment.they were more than half an hour behind i had to cancel it with receptionist as i was late from work............
