"Unsatisfactory"
A family member moved in here 8 years ago. When we came here she was told that you can have
* meals
* day trips
* health & wellbeing
* entertainment. Amongst a lot of other things. At this moment in time they haven't had a cleaner for coming up to 1 and a half years.
