I would like to express my sincere thanks to one of the healthcare assistants for her excellent service and to the reception team for consistently demonstrating professionalism and empathy, even during busy periods.
Over the years, I have been seen by several GPs at this practice, and on each occasion, I have left feeling well cared for and reassured by the quality of care received.
Keep up the excellent work!
The GP just gives you paracetamol. He speaks nicely to you but doesn't listen.
Fairly difficult to get appointments as you can only call on Monday. Any other day you call they refuse and say call Monday. If you go there physically they wont give you an appointment.

Sometimes good and sometimes bad. The GPs are good and they listen when you can get an appointment.
The care is good and I can get appointments really quickly. I also get check ups for my asthma and they always provide me with treatment that I need. They always give me new and better medication to try when I need it. I would recommend them to anyone due to the good customer care and meeting the needs of the individuals.
They provide an online booking system and the telephone system doesn't always work. The lines are constantly engaged.
They referred onto cardiology for an ECG. The referral was done quickly. Good at giving appointments.
They aren't so bad, really good now The see you the same day and will do face to face appointments.
They're okay. No long waits for medication and you can talk to them about medication or advice for illnesses.
I changed to this GP and they made an appointment for me for the next day. They were really good and helpful. My daughter also needed an appointment and they were quick at doing that for. So far they are good.
My GP has been very good. Excellent to me. Only problem as is with everyone is getting an appointment. He did write me a letter for the DWP.

I have had problems getting medicines from them. Been a while since I last went to see them but it was hard to get appointments with them to see a doctor.
Whenever you call the answer is there is no appointments left for today call us tomorrow when tomorrow comes same answer no appointments left

Yes good for me, I get appointments on phone. I don’t wait long. Very good and very happy.
They never come out to me and didn't offer me a covid vaccination. I had a problem with my eyes and I had to send a photograph of my eyes and not heard anything. They gave me antibiotics and steroids and nothing is working. I asked if I could be referred to the Eye Hospital and they said they I never asked him to so he never did. He made a referral afterwards.
I can get an appointment whenever I need one. The surgery is clean. The doctors and receptionists are friendly and I feel I can talk to them openly.
Whenever I phone for an appointment, which is usually after 8am, they tell me they have no more appointments and that I should use the walk in centre in Erdington.
I phoned on behalf of my mother who urgently needed to see a doctor as she required more medication for her diabetes. I spoke to a receptionist who said they would not be able to prescribe more medication. I had to beg her to give my mother something as she only had a days worth of medication left and in the end she ended up getting me more medication, but had a really bad attitude about it.
It's hard to get an appointment, they've changed the way we have to request medication on repeat prescriptions and tell me I need to make an appointment before I can request my medication, but then they have no appointments for over 2 days and I am missing my medication. When I ask to speak to a doctor, I feel like they talk through the receptionists and you do not see them. They need to deal with their patients face to face.
I booked an appointment after w days of calling and being told none available call back tomorrow. Eventually I got through and booked an appointment. Doctor called and It cut off as i went to answer. I called back and receptionists said I will get Doctor to call back. No call after 4 hours. When I called back they said Doctor went ages ago and to call back next day.

Rud Doctors especially the female doctor when you ask about family planning and been able get guidance on that subject.
