"They did nothing Cavendish Dental Practice"

Went there for a check up and a scale and polish. They did nothing except tell me what I already knew. That I had bleeding gums. Refused to do a scale and polish even though it was part of the treatment. Then told me I'd hear from an orthodontist to book another appointment for a scale & polish but would have to pay again. I haven't heard from them since. Now been waiting around 12 months. This is not the first time they've done this.

"Very poor Blackwood Surgery"

Very poor. Doctor refused to see a chronic asthmatic and told me that following a chat over the phone, nothing was wrong with me. I have been asthmatic for 38 years and knew otherwise. Changed doctors and immediately put on steroids.... Blackwood Surgery has been useless throughout the pandemic and needs new staff.... additional doctors and a receptionist team who do not think they are doctors would help.

"Shocking service New road surgery"

No appointments available but can book for two weeks time!!! Send you to the hospital for an X-ray but because it hasn?t been pre booked you?re sent away by the hospital won?t see you face to face but will send you to a walk in centre to walk in but the walk in centre don?t accept walk ins! Shocking service we pay for it?s disgusting

NHS Continuing health care service was poorly delivered The response was poor, Many issues of continuing health care were left unattended or deemed as issues of social care A typical example was that an application for CHC funding on appeal was never addressed over a period of two and a half years

"Everything has been on the phone The Maple Leaf Centre"

Throughout the pandemic everything has been on the phone, I understand this to a degree but my family are trying to cope with someone diagnosed with alzheimers and the Dr has never spoke to let alone met the person under their care. 4 month wait between calls. Told to phone if need to, yet calls not returned. Not so much as a mention of charities that may offer support or advice on the condition.

These ladies have always been helpful, but through the pandemic they have been one of the few services who have provided consistent support. They've been helpful and picked up where my GP has let me down

Very poor service since the take over by SHP. Phone lines are constantly busy with 59 minutes waiting time to get through to surgery, then you join another queue to make an appointment. Very frustrating and getting no better.

"Disgraceful QE Hospital"

Disgraceful. My mom called me from the floor after a fall as no staff. She was made to go the toilet on the bed as she couldn't walk. Crushed her foot in specialist moving equipment. All in all other than ITU stay, terrible treatment and care!

No one to one contact for over 13 months and the waiting time for them to answer the phone when you do get through tp them.

1 to 1 care not given to terminally ill bedbound patient suffered no from intermittent confusion which had started in hospital. Inadequate 1 to 1 nursing and lack of care lead to 2 falls in hospital and patients death

"Contacting them is a nightmare Clifton Lane GP Practice"

I've only been a patient for just over a year but I find contacting them a nightmare. A couple of weeks ago I phoned for 2 days and no one answered the phone. In the end I went in and someone was sat there with the phone on silent but I could see from the screen that someone was calling. There is no facility to leave a message.

There is no backup fortnightly calls no home nursing now 5 hours before they come to give anti sickness injections only care offer 10 mins twice a day bt coun cil carers not end of life trained my grandaughter has quit qac college in harbirne she is blind deaf and epilectic they are sending disabled students into council care homes calling it an internship unpaid and charging students 300 to pay for uniform another scandal waiting to break

"Friendly and approachable Aviary House Birmingham"

It is clear that this Service cares for its patients and its staff. Staff are friendly and approachable, management are trustworthy and the overall atmosphere of the Service is extremely pleasant. Very clean and tidy too, whilst adhering to covid regulations. Accessible and feels like a part of the community.

My husband has being trying to get an appointment or a call back for the last 6 months, he was spoken to rudely on a number of accasions by the reception staff and one of the Drs.

"Awful service Shirley medical centre"

Awful service here, my Aunty was expected to travel to another centre during lockdown to get treatment when she doesn't drive and would have had to get a taxi which isn't ideal during a pandemic and your over 70. Was given a mental health nurse who cancelled the service when she still needed help.

Overall I get a good service from the doctors themselves but sometimes the receptionist give mixed information and long waiting times to get through and also often 2 weeks before I get to speak to someone.
