Very professionally run. Very kind staff.
Hard to book an appointment. I'm a student and not working. I told him I need a brace and he turned me away, he said it was because I'm not working. He said I have to pay.

Good. Normally good at pre-booking appointments and send reminders which is good as when you wait 6 months you can forget.
Meant to have an appointment and they've referred me onto the dental hospital. I've been waiting 5 months. The dentist is good in general but the waiting for a referral is long but I know it's not their fault.
Last seen 12 months ago, happy with the service received. Dental receptionists very approachable, convenient appointments. Happy with the dental service.
A long wait to see a dentist.
I was discriminated by the reception staff because I was medically exempt from wearing a mask, I was told to wait outside and leave my children in the waiting room. I was told by the dentist that I comply to the rules or I will be removed from the register to which I responded that is blackmail as I have a medical exemption, his staff at reception wasn’t even wearing a mask so why was I being forced to? I also said I’d make a complaint and his response was you can try but good luck in getting anywhere. To top it off my autistic son was refused access to the toilet which resulted in him wetting himself shortly after leaving. Absolute shambles of a practise
