This consultation gave us an opportunity to highlight the historical issues Healthwatch Birmingham has often raised about the positioning of West Birmingham. Consequently, the problems this presents for governance, planning and day-to-day tasks.

Our response to this listening exercise focused on sharing feedback that members of the public have shared with us about their experiences of technological innovations in accessing health and care services.

In addition to sharing feedback about people’s experiences of accessing walk-in-centres in West Birmingham, we welcomed the CCG’s engagement process.
