Healthwatch Birmingham’s response to NHS England’s consultation on improving the NHS process for people to report concerns and complaints about care.

We shared findings from our investigation into local NHS prostate cancer services, alongside feedback about the following issues in GP services:

• Problems accessing appointments
• Receptionists
• Delays in getting further treatment or diagnostics
• Lack of support or follow up for conditions
• Lack of interpretation services
