• The need for clarity and transparency for both providers and the public about the proposed changes and how ratings would work in practice.
• The importance of ensuring the public understands how assessments and ratings are carried out.
• The value of ongoing public engagement so that assessment frameworks reflect the needs of people who use services as well as those who provide them.
