West Midlands Ambulance Service (Non-Emergency Patient Transport - NEPT)
It was booked for me and they said the maximum time waiting could be 4 hours. If I had known I would have just booked a taxi. I have been waiting over an hour so far. The ambulance getting here was fine and got me here on time. That was easy to book on the phone.
