"They're 50/50"

They're 50/50. They don't prioritise the things they should prioritise. My online login never works and I can't get in.

"I can get urgent and routine appointments"

I can get appointments after 2 weeks but if it's urgent they take all my information and a GP will call back and book an appointment.
